Yesterday I showed you swatches of the Powder Perfect and Cako a Pailletes collaboration duo. So today I have to show you my attempts at nail art. I certainly have some more practice to do.

Powder Perfect The World Beneath and New Moon Rising |
First I used both Powder Perfect The World Beneath and New Moon Rising together in a half moon mani. I placed Vinyl Boutique Half Moon Vinyls on top of New Moon Rising and then painted The World Beneath over it, removing the vinyls straight away. A thick coat of topcoat covers the different levels of polish and gives you a nice shiny surface. I wore this mani for almost a week, which is great wear time for my nails.

Powder Perfect New Moon Rising and China Glaze Goldie But Goodie |
Next up is a nail fail, this didn’t turn out anything like I had hoped. For this mani I used Powder Perfect New Moon Rising and China Glaze Goldie But Goodie. To do this I used my Pure Colour #10 Detailer Brush from Whats Up Nail Store. I wanted to make nice triangles with straight lines but I’m think I’m going to have to do a lot more practice and have less shakes for that. As they say, practice makes perfect, so I will keep trying.
Have you got any nail art plans for this duo that releases tomorrow? Don’t forget to read my review of the duo to get all the information about the release.
