Emily de Molly recently held a sample sale where you could get one of a kind shades that didn’t make the cut to be released as a large batch. You can find some absolute gems in sample sales but you have to be aware that sample polishes aren’t tested for application problems or staining, so it can be a gamble – I’ve personally never had any problems with sample polishes. I have a green polish to show you today that I am wearing to promote Lyme Disease awareness. You can win some Emily de Molly polishes in my giveaway and find out more about Lyme Disease in my Lyme Disease Awareness Nail Polish Giveaway blog post.

Emily de Molly Sample 172 in light box |
Emily de Molly Sample 172 is a green jelly polish with hex glitters in various green shades. This polish changes depending on the lighting. In daylight it leans towards a grassy green but in the light box it is more of a teal green. Melbourne has had bad weather lately so I couldn’t get any photos of this polish in sunlight, but I’m sure it would look amazing. Application was really easy despite my shakes and blurry vision. Two coats made this polish opaque and I used one coat of KB Shimmer Clearly On Top to make the surface smooth.
